Paying with USDC

Please read these terms before paying. Have them reviewed by your own lawyer before you go live — they are a starting point, not legal advice.

How you pay

Card Champs Trading accepts one form of payment: USDC on the Solana network, sent from a wallet you control.

Your wallet is created for you when you sign in, through Coinbase Developer Platform. It is non-custodial: its key is split between your own device and Coinbase, and Card Champs holds no part of it. We cannot spend from your wallet, freeze it, or move anything out of it. Money leaves it only when you approve a payment.

USDC is accepted at one US dollar per USDC. Prices on this site are shown in US dollars and are charged as the matching amount of USDC.

Getting USDC into your wallet

You can send USDC on Solana to your wallet address from any exchange or wallet, or buy it with a card through Coinbase's hosted service. When you buy through Coinbase, Coinbase takes the payment and handles the identity checks — Card Champs never sees your card details or your documents.

You are responsible for your wallet, for sending the right token on the right network, and for keeping your account secure. USDC sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or as a different token cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.

When a payment counts

A payment counts when the transfer is final on the Solana network and we have verified it. We check that the transfer came from your registered wallet, went to our address, was USDC, and was for at least the amount owed. Nothing else makes an order paid.

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us. Once a payment is final, it is final.

Refunds

If an order is refunded under our Refund Policy, the refund is sent as USDC back to your wallet. We record what is owed at the moment the refund is issued and send it shortly afterwards. If you have not opened your wallet yet, the refund waits for you rather than expiring.

We do not hold balances on your behalf. There is no account credit here to build up, spend down or lose.

Pack rewards

Some randomized packs award a reward paid as USDC. That is sent to your wallet the same way a refund is. No reward has to be spent here, and none of it is a balance we hold for you.

Buying a randomized pack with USDC is the same as buying it any other way, and the same Reward Disclosure, eligibility and age rules apply.

The marketplace

When you buy a card from another member, your USDC goes to Card Champs and is held until the card reaches us and passes verification. The seller is paid their share, in USDC, after that. If a deal is cancelled, what you paid is owed back to you in USDC.

What this is not

USDC is not issued by us and we make no representation about it. Nothing on this site is an investment, a deposit, a security, or a way to make money. We do not offer wagering, betting, or any way to withdraw a cash prize. Rewards are physical cards or the disclosed non-cash rewards shown on each pack.

Eligibility

You may only pay this way if you are legally allowed to hold and send USDC where you live, you are not subject to sanctions, and you are old enough to use this website. We may refuse or suspend payments at our discretion, and we may close the account of anyone using them for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.

Taxes

You are responsible for any tax that applies to you from holding or spending USDC.

We may change these terms. The version in force is shown at the top of this page.
